REFUND POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If for some reason you are not and you wish to raise a complaint, you can do it at the same time when the service is delivered to you and we will be happy to take the address your issue and credit the balance in your account.

For online payment cases, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
